Various benchmarks for Tcl.

REQUIREMENTS:

You need Tcl/Tk installed on your system.  Any version from 7.4 and up should
work. Of course, I didn't test them all so... I've tried these on HPUX, Linux
and NT and only found a problem with the wish tests on NT: they don't exit for
some reason.

INSTALLATION:

Simply unpack the archive.  To run the benchmarks, source the benchmarks.tcl
file with a Tcl interpreter:

% tclsh benchmarks.tcl
